Please find below the instructions to cancel your FluidSurveys subscription/account:

A) New Billing System [If you signed up for a paid plan after June 22nd, 2010]: 

You can go back to the free plan and stop payments right from your account. All you have to do is click on the "settings" tab at the top of the page and then click on the "manage" link to manage your subscription. From there, you'll be able to cancel with the click of a button. Once you do this, you will not be charged any further.

B) Old Billing System [If you had signed up for a paid plan on or before June 22nd, 2010]: 

You would've been getting monthly emails directly from PayPpal every time your PayPal-account/credit-card was charged. You can simply open one of these emails and find the link to stop subscription payments from there. You can also just log into your PayPal account and cancel from there as well.
